Furnished Apartment Information
Apartments can be completely furnished
at either one of the following two rates:
- 1 bedroom apartment -- $1,200 / month
- 2 bedroom apartment -- $1,300 / month
A lease contracted for a minimum of 3 months is required for a furnished apartment agreement.
- Furnished apartment prices (above) cover electric/gas utilities, cable TV,* water, sewer, garbage, and, of course, apartment rent.
- Furnishings include bed-, living-, & dining-room furniture, kitchen ware, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, ironing board, iron, laundry detergent & basket, hangers, towels, soap, TV, and VCR.
* Wireless internet can be provided for an additional $51 / month.
